  Receptionist was the most rudest person I have ever met. We had waited 40 minutes after our appointment the night before and missed out on getting blood taken then told to come back anytime after 12pm. The next day she questioned my wife like she was lying basically saying she was working that night and we hadn't come in. Then she said we couldn't get blood taken at 12 and we should come back at 3pm because she had to have her lunch break, also she started yelling at me saying am i not allowed to have a lunch break. The worst attitude, the worst customer service, she should not be working there. She lets that place down. Plus she refused to take my wife's blood after all that even though my wife was being polite. I hope they fire her. I'm sure im not the only one on here who has had to deal with this ill mannered, young inexperienced person, who should never work in the medical profession. She wasn't worried about anyone except herself.

  Love Maxime at reception, the friendly nurses and my choice doctor Dr Zalina Mohd Ali. If you are after a truly caring, highly experienced and skilled female doctor, she is it.
